Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dear Money ("the Service"), operated by Klimeck Media ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is a digital wellness application that provides guided meditation, mantra practices, and multi-sensory wealth rituals. It is not financial advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Dear Money offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription with full access. The features available in each tier may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any plan.

5. Payment and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the subscription fee.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@blissfulrich.com within 14 days of the charge, and we will review your case.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over a 7-day grace period. If payment is not resolved, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, audio recordings, guided meditations, images, icons, mandala designs, and software — is owned by Klimeck Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) share your account credentials with third parties; (d) use automated systems to access the Service; (e) reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Dear Money is a spiritual and wellness tool. We make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, personal transformation, or any specific results from using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klimeck Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil.
